Toad Air Marshall

Intro The Air Marshal is the supreme commander of the Toad Empire's military and space forces, an unusually short toad obsessed with earning as many medals as possible. His real name was never revealed. He views Bucky O'Hare as his greatest enemy, even though conversely Bucky doesn't really seem to care about the Air Marshal.
