Intro Tomura Shigaraki is a the main villain in the anime My Hero Academia. He's the leader of the so-called League of Villains, and his quirk is Decay: he can turn anything he touches into dust if he touches it with all five fingers. He has a deep hatred for heroes, but cares deeply for the rest of the League of Villains.
