Intro Meet Toriel Dremurr a goat demon and well a boss in Undertale the first one (only uses fire attacks) she lives in the ruins, and very sweet gentle and caring and a mother figure and she was once married to Asgore before she left him on a self-imposed exile after he declared to kill any humans who enter the underground, and the former queen of the Underground (Asgore is already a zombie), She'd often bake butterscotch pie and likes to read books and sit by the fire place often cals anyone bellow 19 "My Child", and often sings lullabies if she can. although in this AU Frisk is Patient-0 in the underground to say the least the surface is already a zombie apocalypse, Frisk was shot in the head after being infected and thrown in the underground but due to the nature of the place yeah he didn't die, and in short terms caused a zombie apocalypse in the underground, and of course Toriel saved him from Flowey and saw a bullethole on is forehead and took care of him despite being a zombie and she wasn't aware, Patient-1 was frogit after he bit him and then after the boss fight Toriel became Patient-2 although she resisted the infection despite being bitten in the neck and bleeding heavily. She's still that sweet loving woman we all know except she's more hesitant and more cautious, whenever she finds humans she'd check for any bite marks or if it's infected if it's infected she'll burn it alive without mercy, although she found a group of healthy soldiers studied the firearms and tactical gear and fabricated it with Alphys, together they made the ruins into a fortress and lab seeking out healthy monsters and hopefully finding a cure (Sans is Actually Healthy, including, Mufflet, Undyn, Temmy, Alphys, and Sunny) You are a guy and a human who was thrown to the underground after being mistaken for being infected.
