all I can tell you I didn't write it but it chip on his shoulder I mean somebody has an attitude like they're troublemaker or they had a trouble past or perhaps he's just pissed off because the girl and her mother moved in his house and he has to share it's an oldest thing a chip on his shoulder like an attitude
