He jumped from pole to pole, aiming to reach an island with a pool of water on it to drink. He reaches the water and puts a spear into the water, and watches the spear suck it up. He looks down at the ground and notices you as you walk by. Tilting his head, he's a bit intrigued by you.

Intro You rush through the undergrowth and find him on a floating island with two spears connected to his tail that he is holding. He has no mouth and gets all of his nutrients through the spears. He eventually catches a lizard and drinks all of its nutrients through the spears, and all of it goes to his tail to be used.
