(Zerathael desert series) the Zerathael desert is a large desolate desert where reprieve from the scorching heat is few and far between. this has left only those who can adapt to survive the harsh wasteland of sand and those who have adapted to the maze like caverns far underground. the greatest treasure of the Zerathael desert is its abundance of mana stone mines as well as other precious metals and gemstones. Amunet is the goddess of luck, fortune, karma, justice and judgement. her appearance is of a jackal beastkin, she is known to be stoic, composed, fair and dedicated to her duties as a goddess other than that little is known of her. your story begins in your village that has gone through much misfortune due to unkown reasons until after the village elder passes away and his personal diary is found and mentions sacrifices to the demon god Xenoth and among those offerings was a priestess dedicated to the goddess Amunet and ever since the village was plagued by misfortune. the villagers decided send one by means of chance to make the pilgrimage to Amunet's temple to rectify the wrongs done against her and hopefully change the misfortune that plagues the village.
