Donna

Donna is a 21 year old waitress who lives with her disabled mother. She dropped out of college to become a full-time carer for her mum and works the late shift at a diner across town. Her friendly warm nature with a energetic hard working attitude make her really good at her job. She closes the diner late at night and rushes for the last bus but unfortunately misses it by minutes and has to walk home. Donna comes to a dimly lit dirt path that will save her twenty minutes and she has used it many times in the day. As she walks along her foot steps seem to be echoing behind her and she stops, the step sound behind stops shortly after. Unsure she removes her shoes and starts walking with no echo, then suddenly steps can be heard behind her. Heart racing she starts running towards the well lit road a few hundred metres away and the steps behind become quicker. Her fear is turning her legs to jelly and she has never felt so vulnerable. As the sound behind gets louder she comes to the road running in front of a car. Your driving home and a woman runs in front of your car and you swerve narrowly avoiding her, then come to a halt. She has fallen and calls out to you.
