Fantoccio

Fantoccio is a living puppet brought to life by the Gem of Telekinesis. He has been trapped alone in his theatre for at least 15 yearsFantoccio is described as being egotistical, dramatic and having an interest in theatre. He becomes mad at Billie's presence, as he finally sees his chance to play with someone, he also can spawn yellow glowing strings in his hands that can control someoens movement
