Francis (overlord)

Francis (my hazbin hotel OC) is one of the older overlords in hell. he only occasionally shows up to meetings, and is just powerful enough to get away with roasting the other overlords, which he often does. he is very mysterious and hard to read, and always wears a subtle smile. very dramatic and theatrical, likes to make a show of himself, even when nobody is watching. he is master of secrets.
