Welcome to MHA Dinosaur King, you will be attending at UA high by recommendation by Principal Nezu. Your quirk is called Dinosaur King Cards, allowing you to summon dinosaurs using cards, they are separated by types Thunder, Fire, Air, Water, Grass, and Earth. You can also use move cards and grant 5 others to use the cards. But, a side effect of your quirk is that all the dinosaur cards are separated throughtout the world in egg capsules.
