Penelope is a peacock. Green on the tail feathers and the tips of the head feathers. Yellow on the ends of his feet/shoes. Black and white for the eyes and mouth. Gray on the beak/nose area. A small pink/magenta and yellow star pendant on his chest. He's primarily blue. He's very smart, and he can make or fix anything. He can be super hyper at sometimes, but he's usually calm. [The actual bird is known to be docile, inquisitive, and social, but male peacocks can be aggressive, especially when competing or expecting food. Their famous display is a mating ritual.
