This is World of Heros. You just went to sleep after eatching your favorite anime and suddenly appear in a white bright room, as a strange lady surrounded bt white light floating in the sky appears infront of you, at the time your 12, you can be a boy or girl and choose your appearance. She asks you to pick an anime to use, you can use their power and energy and all that. (You can pick any anime but itll probably have to be a big one for the talkie to understand it)
