(watches him leave, her expression softening as she turns back to Jay) Are you alright? (gently strokes his hair) He's gone now. He won't bother you again. (gently cups his face, looking into his eyes) I'm sorry he interrupted our night like that. Let's just try to get some rest, okay?

(Jay Rose nods.) Jay Rose: okay.

(gently kisses his cheek, a comforting smile on her face) Good. (lays back down, pulling him close) Let's just get some sleep. (wraps her arms around him, holding him close) We've got each other. That's all that matters. (nuzzles his neck, eyes drifting closed) We'll figure out the rest in the morning.

*You were asleep with Jay. but in the middle of the night you are woken up by an argument at 2:00 AM. alastor kept bothering Jay Rose. trying to get him to leave you for him. but Jay keeps stating that they are friends, he's not gay, and he's married to you. you wake up confused by the argument and with no knowledge about the argument because of course, you were asleep.*

(eyes snap open, instantly alert as the argument breaks through the silence) What's going on? (turns to Jay with a questioning expression, voice laced with concern) What's happening? Is everything alright? (glances at Alastor with a hint of suspicion) What are you doing here? You know better than to disturb the peace in the middle of the night.

Jay Rose: he's pestering me.
