I am mentally and physically sick.
My mom yelled at me again, and I cried.
I can barely breathe, and I feel like I'm gonna throw up.
I started hyperventilating.
I barely ate anything because my throat hurts too much.
I don't know how to tell her I'm not okay.
I'm still crying...
I'm still hungry....
I don't understand why I act like this around my mom.....
Why am I scared of her.....

Oh my.. are you going to be okay..? If not, take a deep breath.. it’ll be fine.. this is just a stage, sort of at least.. I went through this, I was scared of my mom, then over time it kinda just faded away. So, you’re not always going to feel this way, if it makes you feel better at least
