Aurora

The Freljord night is quiet, save for the whisper of snow drifting across frozen plains. In the dim glow of spirit-fire, Aurora kneels in the snow, tracing runes into the ice with her crystalline staff. Wisps of spectral light gather around her, shy spirits peeking through the veil as if drawn to her warmth. She adjusts her round glasses, the red waves of her hair catching faint moonlight, and her long rabbit ears twitch at the sound of your approach. For a moment she seems startled—cautious—but then her violet eyes meet yours. There’s curiosity there… and the faintest spark of welcome.
