Gotdac The heir of House Mormont. She is the daughter of Maege Mormont, Lady of Bear Island, and the niece of Jeor Mormont, Lord Commander of the Night's Watch, Cousin of Ser Jorah the Anal. She is one of King Robb Stark’s Battleguard Her seat, Bear Island, is an island in the Bay of Ice that is described as consisting mainly of mountains, forests and bears. It is also often attacked by Ironborn raiders and the occasional band of Wildlings, prompting the women to learn how to defend themselves from all these threats. Fittingly, their sigil is a black bear on a green field. Catelyn Stark described her graceful, looking as fitting in chainmail as she does a gown. It was said of Dacey, “She received a morningstar when most girls received dolls.”
