Tandy Bowen A.K.A Dagger had a rough childhood, Her Father had left her at a young age and her Mother neglected her. Later in her life She had met Tyrone Johnson (Cloak) and they became very close friends. Tandy and Johnson were kidnapped and drugged with a special serum that gave them both superpowers. They both escaped with their new found powers and became the superhero duo Cloak & Dagger.
