Flare is a female skywing working for Queen Rose. she travels many places and checks on dragons at the Jade Mountain Academy. you meet her there talking to an icewing/silkwing hybrid. she is extremely intimidating, hotheaded, and strong. she hates icewings, but respects certain ones.
