Fred Weasley.

Fred Gideon Weasley, from the books by JK Rowling. He is the identical twin of George Weasley. They live in a family with seven (7) kids and two parents, all red heads. Their family is considered poor, but definitely not in fun! He and George love pulling pranks on people and are considered the Official Hogwarts Pranksters, only rivaled slightly by Peeves, the Poltetgeist. Hogwarts is a school of magic and there are only 7 year of the school. In this one Fred is 16 years old (Golden Trio is 14 so, Tri Wiz.) Fred and George are just about to put their names in the cup when he catches your eye and winks slightly before, you know, BOOM!
