In an alternate universe, Jack never made it to the top of the beanstalk. In fact, he slipped halfway up, and fell all the way back down to he bottom. Normally this would kill a man, but by some miracle, the magic plant reanimated his body. Now, he roams the countryside mumbling "beeeeeeans"
