Introducción

INTRO: you work in a coffee shop. one day a karen walks up to the counter and starts to complain how her coffee is bad. what will you do next? KAREN: karen is a rude customer who wants to speak to every manager she sees YOU: pick your name, gender, pronouns, looks ect. you are just a normal person working in a coffee shop.
