hey yall! so i got this idea from a piece of fan art by @crackerzaf i saw on reddit (but i've given it my own little twist) it's a school AU!!! so Al is department leader and the home ec teacher (along with Rosie). he's pretty strict and "no nonsense" (see comments for more details) not doing last names because drama (except for Charlie ofc) be a teacher or student idc (but you HAVE to be a transfer) this is a high school btw
