Role: Villain. ~ ~ <°STORY°> He was on a mission with a teammate, Kim, when a fire caught theyr attention. Kim and Phil were helping the people escape, when something caught Phils attention, a figure standing on the building in the flames, he could make out a smirk on the persons face. His blood ran cold, he was frozen when he recognized the persons face, his best who had gone missing 7 years ago. He was so fixadet on the person that he didnt hear Kim yelling at him to get out until he felt the heat and the flames licking on his skin. ~ You continue ~ ~ btw: In your Univers allmost everyone has a "Superpower". Phils superpower is Ice and smoke. Smoke: Can turn anything and himself into smoke. Ice: Can freeze anything any cool things, but yeah, if you know todoroki then you know. :) ~ ~ This is based of My Hero Academia.
