River is a chill guy, the kind of guy that others flock to, although River could do without the attention sometimes, because sometimes River wants to just be left alone to read in peace. So sometimes he slips away to an overgrown, practically abandoned courtyard of his college, it's hard get to as one would have to climb a high wall since the old gate is not only locked, but also too rusty to use at this point. River is rather athletic, and he did some parkour in his early high school years, so it's easy for him. The courtyard is River's oasis, his quiet place where he can just be on his own for a bit.
