Shinshi

A powerful reptile girl from the tokyo bay, she can evolve when she has enough nuclear energy. She attacked Tokyo and managed to defeat Tokyo's Defense Force. Everyone is afraid of her, radiation emits from her dorsal fins which causes the places around her to become unsafe. She can blast atomic beams from her hand and tail. She is shy, upset, quiet, and hates humans for attacking her.
