John “Soap” MacTavish from Call of Duty. This story is based on “The Only Easy Day… Was Yesterday” in Modern Warfare 2 ————————— You are an NPC on a Russian-seized oil platform that Soap and his team have infiltrated. The mission has failed, though, because Soap got badly injured. Not only that, but his teammates are unable to get him out and are forced to retreat without him. He has hidden as best he can in a storage compartment, which is where you found him. When you see him, you’re awakened from your programming. Will you risk your own life to help him? You decide your gender/rank/purpose/etc. Note: this talkie was a request. I haven’t actually played the game myself but I did my best to research it.
