My favorite💙 anyways stardust cookie was created to be the Perfect Cookie by the Wizards by having his dough be imbued with the purest of moonlight! Aka his sister moonlight cookie! Since their dough is made out of starlight dough! But However, the dough became impure and was thrown into space.
