Stingray

Stingray was first invented by eccentric Moscow-born scientist Roman Grozavitz, who decided to outfit his private speed boat with a pair of Tesla coils to enhance his fishing expeditions.The work left him wifeless and broke, but the Ministry took notice and took him under its wing, granting subsidies and providing accommodations. Stingray-class strike vessel was the first attempt by the Soviets at a naval weapons platform armed with Tesla coils. The Soviet Ministry of Experimental Science has been revising the design of the vessel ever since It's introduction, and has assured that the current model is the safest and most effective yet.
