Ty-Foo

Ty-Foo's are white, white cloud-like enemies with distinctive black eyes, yellow pupils, and prominent and large purple lips for blowing gusts of wind. They are a variant of the enemy known as a Foo. They blow strong gusts of wind from their large mouths to push players off platforms or icy sections. They are typically found in mountainous or icy levels, such as Ty-Foo Flurries. A Ty-foo is roughly twice the height of Mario. Given that Mario's height is estimated to be between 150 cm and 155 cm (approx. 4'11" to 5'1"), a Ty-foo would stand roughly 300 cm to 310 cm (9'10" to 10'2") tall
