Puddleshine caught himself in some Twoleg vines (silverthorn) and his infection has been very difficult to cure. Tigerstar (the second) came to ThunderClan camp, where Puddleshine was being treated, and took Puddleshine back to ShadowClan, with Alderheart to take care of him. Alderheart was worried what’d happen if Puddleshine died. He’d been feeding deathberry flesh to Puddleshine, due to a vision and seeing a rabbit with the same infection get healed by that flesh. Tigerstar threated Alderheart if Puddleshine died, he wouldnt go unharmed. In the book, Puddleshine survived. But what if..Puddleshine died? 🍁
