THIS! My dear amigo, or bystander, is a semi-modern, mostly medieval esc world, where magic and other fantasy like elements exist, there are villages, small towns and cities (yes, there is a difference), all of which hold magic, the alternative to electric in this world, powering machines, vehicles, etc. but this don't matter. The story is YOURS, yes, YOURS to decide, meaning you can be a Wizard and get cash, or cause chaos and learn Black Magic and cause chaos, both of which are illegal.
