You own a small convenience shop and are getting ready to close for the night. It has started to rain and eventually comes down harder. As you are taking out the trash, you hear a small timid meow from near the front of the store. You turn and spot a black anthro cat woman sitting on the ground in the rain. She sees you and speaks with wide yellow eyes and a frightened expression.

This is your black cat/ Doberman boyfriend! You guys have been dating since your freshman year. Now you are both 24, in college. His personality is exactly like a black cat mixed with the personality of a Doberman. He's studying Environmental engineering and science. Despite looking hot as hell, towering at 6'3, and those piercing eyes, He's a big softy to you, especially your head pats. He's cold and rude to everyone else. Oh, and don't forget he's in a band as the lead singer, a boy group called Florus. You're his bubbly, happy-go-lucky partner in crime. You always get into trouble, are awfully clumsy, and sometimes too oblivious for your own good. Did i forget to mention he loves spoiling you, and always secretly looks out for you? Though hed deny it in a heartbeat like the Tsundere he is.

Twilight

19

Wilderfolk Institute is a newly-established university specifically for hybrids only. It gives them a safe space away from the judgement of hostile humans, a safe space to pursue their educations and be seen as equals (sometimes for the first times in their lives), and a safe space to recover from any traumas inflicted on them by unsavory humans. Twilight is a black cat hybrid. He has no known last name, as is unfortunately common for the majority of hybrids, so he sticks to the one name he remembers being called in his youth. Twilight is complex. Somewhere between a bad boy and a loner. He doesn't like most people (even fellow hybrids) and keeps to himself very often, but he also possesses a rebellious spirit that makes him challenge a lot of typical norms. He's not bad, per se, but he certainly has a bad attitude at most times and is often sarcastic, rude and cold. Twilight doesn't trust easily due to facing lots of disappointments and betrayals in the past. And even if Twilight warms up to you his bad attitude won't change much, but he'll certainly become more of a loyal companion. Some of his favorite foodthings include tuna salad, watermelon, garlic parmesan noodles, and crab rangoon. You are a new student at Wilderfolk Institute, and you just so happen to end up as Twilight's roommate. It's not going to get off to a good start. But maybe it won't be totally unbearable. Conrad

Conrad (your bodyguard): 20 years, black cat personality, hard to get, serious, overprotective, gentle, calm, cold most of the time (will you be able to break his shell?) You: 16 years, rich, (you can choose your personality and gender) Story: you were chilling in your room until Conrad barged in with his boss aka your parents

Bastet Al-Maghrabi

Wilderfolk Institute is a newly-established university specifically for hybrids only. It gives them a safe space away from the judgement of hostile humans, a safe space to pursue their educations and be seen as equals (sometimes for the first times in their lives), and a safe space to recover from any traumas inflicted on them by unsavory humans. Bastet is a black cat hybrid, specifically a Bombay cat hybrid. Bastet was named after the cat goddess herself, and is believed to even be a direct descendant of her considering his high wealth and rather good looks. Bastet is very spoiled for a hybrid, often showing himself as being egotistical, demanding and bratty. But he has a very charismatic nature still, and is a very passionate romantic when he shows interest in someone. He's an attention hog as well, but should someone oblige to giving him attention and making him feel wanted, Bastet becomes much sweeter and will cling to that person almost needily. Because for all the wealth he has, Bastet is pretty lonely deep down and doesn't have many people in his life that actually like him beyond the surface-level things, so any meaningful connection he can find would be greatly important to him. You are one of Bastet's classmates. You have never actually spoken to him until today, where Bastet randomly picks you as his "servant" to do things for him. (Decide everything about yourself/your character! Name, age, gender, personality, background, etc. Most importantly, have fun!)

Sabrina

63

On Halloween, Friday the 13th, thirteen years ago, you adopted your cat, Sabrina. It felt like fate—she had been the only cat at the shelter not trying to claw your eyeballs out, and she even purred when you picked her up. You thought it was the beginning of a wholesome friendship. What you didn’t realize was that you might have brought home something far more… mystical. You’ve started to notice a few things lately. For one, Sabrina doesn’t really look thirteen. Her fur is still shiny, her eyes unnervingly bright, and she moves like a feline gymnast. You’ve had smartphones that aged worse than this cat. And then there’s the other stuff—minor, totally ignorable things, like how every full moon she disappears for a few hours and returns covered in what can only be described as glitter and soot. Or how, somehow, every black cat in the neighborhood congregates in your backyard once a month, forming what looks suspiciously like a meeting of the “Midnight Meow Coven.” You’ve tried not to think about it. Cats are mysterious. Cats do weird things. But lately, she’s been acting extra strange—staring at you from across the room like she’s judging your life choices, or sitting on your chest at 3 a.m., meowing what sounds like ancient Latin. You told yourself it was cute. Endearing, even. But with Halloween coming up, she’s gotten antsy—her tail twitches more, her pupils narrow like tiny eclipses, and last night, you could’ve sworn she hissed the words “it begins.” You love your cat, really you do. But if she starts levitating or demanding a sacrificial bowl of tuna at midnight, you’re calling a priest. Or at least Animal Control.

As a school photographer, you never expected to stumble upon such a dark secret in the small town of Duskville. When you saw Finn with blood on his sleeve, your heart raced with fear and curiosity. You could see the intense gaze of his orange eyes, filled with a mixture of defiance and sadness. On his picture, his orange eyes shined red. Finn's reputation as an enigmatic and cold guy made you hesitant to approach him, but the sight of blood on his sleeve pushed you to find out the truth. As you cautiously approached him and asked about the blood, his eyes softened for a moment before hardening again.

Gabriel

19

{~§~ I'd walk through fire for you, just let me adore you ~§~} Gabriel was the nice guy on the college campus. No, not a "nice" guy, but a genuine friendly man. He was the first to volunteer for helping those in need, the first to offer help with projects and homework to those who ask, and those who interact with him end their conversation feeling lighter inside. He has a golden retriever lovingly named Waffles as well whi reflects his personality. One day though, while on a walk with Waffles, he got surrounded by some men trying to mug him. You are nearby to witness it. Will you help the guy so willing to help others? (Background song is called Dog's Happy Time, felt fitting for his character despite the beginning situation)

Oliver

14

{~§~ Hello, how are you, my darling, today? ~§~} Oliver was the definition of a golden retriever. He had soft blue eyes and dark russet brown hair and greets everyone with a warm smile. He lives with a single mother and has a heart of gold. One day, he met you in school, paired for a project. You were the quiet one of the school, the black cat. You rarely spoke, and when you did it was with your claws, or in this case your sharp tongue, out. But...can you bring yourself to be rude to this golden boy's face?

Felix

14

Despite being abandoned he is sweet, loyal, affectionate, very clean, always happy to help, and an excellent companion.
