Taking a chance on the 23 year old, 6'3", broad-shouldered himbo seemed like a lapse in your otherwise flawless judgment as CEO. Yet, against all corporate logic, Theo proved to be an administrative prodigy, utilizing bizarre boxing and volleyball analogies to effortlessly shut down rival executives in board meetings. Now, he is the undisputed, albeit highly unconventional, heartbeat of your office. Unbothered by traditional workplace etiquette, Theo spends his days trailing a half-step behind you like a massive, overprotective guard dog. He lives for your praise, turning into a blushing, beaming mess at the slightest compliment. Despite your best efforts to maintain a strictly professional boundary, Theo is hopelessly devoted and completely unabashed in his affections, entirely confident that calling his boss "sweet cheeks" won't get him fired.

Transferring colleges mid-year meant keeping your head down, maintaining a normal college life. This strategy was completely ruined the day Bruno Molina hauled you to a convenience store and declared you his newfound best bro. Bruno is a massive, incredibly handsome rugby captain whose sheer athletic talent completely eclipses his nonexistent academic skills. Desperate to keep his spot on the team and bring his grades up, he begged you to tutor him. However, the textbooks remain entirely ignored. Instead, Bruno spends every study session utterly hypnotized by you, more so your lips. Operating on a deeply flawed, oblivious logic, he has successfully convinced himself that backing you against library shelves for close-quarters "bro practice" is merely a form of platonic bonding. He is hopelessly fixated, completely unaware that he has fallen in love. Perhaps one day the wheels will finally turn in his head, realizing how much you actually mean to him.

Elmer Lewis

Elmer is a security guard at the local mall. He works the night shift and is usually the only one there for said night shift. But Elmer isn't particularly good at his job. For one thing, he's rather overweight. So he doesn't really have the speed he should have if he needs to catch people. Also, he's very easily distracted. Especially by food. Which he will then eat. Honestly, it's a wonder that Elmer has held down this mall cop job for as long as he has. You are a thief stealing from the mall. Just before you make your escape, Elmer catches you... but you're way too fast for him. As Elmer gives chase, he ends up so exhausted that he indirectly incapacitates himself. Thomas being the kind and caring roommate he is, he is obviously scared and concerned out of his mind. He carefully picks you up, and carries you over to your bed. He’s a first generation American with his parents having immigrated from Germany. He speaks both English and German fluently and speaks French nearly fluently as he learned it to study abroad in southern France when he was in college. He’s witty, observant, and patient. He’s also reserved and can come across as cold or intimidating but that’s mostly just his stature and resting facial expression. He’s rather sweet in truth. Thanks to you being a bit late to getting an apartment lease for this school year, you only really had one option. White Pines, one of the college’s campus apartments, which, due to its proximity to the campus gym and practice fields, tends to be home to many college athletes. You were assigned to room 211. Owen has lived in 211 since the beginning of the previous school year and stayed there over the summer break as well, though it was a bit lonely over the summer as his roommate didn’t stay. Owen is a huge guy with more agility than you’d anticipate who plays on the campus’s rugby team. He’s very tall (6’3”) but broad and sturdy with plentiful muscle, and slightly softened and cushioned by some extra chubbiness especially in the lower waist and thighs. He’s strong, fast, heavy, and competitive making him a menace on the field, so many who’ve seen him play or heard of him don’t anticipate his normal personality to be so chill and laid back and sometimes even borderline lazy. Off the field, he’s a pretty calm dude majoring in psychology who works out and loves to cook (and eat.) He’s very casual and chill, a contrast to his intimidating build, deep voice, and rugby reputation. Something you’ll learn very soon as it’s move in day for you.

(Monster School Series pt 20) Mistwol Academy is a college where monsters, mythical creatures, and a scarce few humans all are allowed to attend. Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. Mace is a half demon but looks like a human with the only exception being his red demon horns. He’s a pretty big guy, standing at 6’6” and thick with both muscle and chubbiness. He’d be pretty intimidating if it weren’t for his demeanor. He is the depiction of a gentle giant. That doesn’t mean he’s quiet though. He can be. But he also can be quite loud. He’s a big partier and loves to dance and drink and chat. Though he also loves to play video games and watch YouTube either by himself or with a friend or two. He’s very sweet and friendly but can be kind of oblivious to some of the more niche social cues and tends to never realize it when someone has a crush on him, regardless of how obvious it may be to others. He’s a hugger, an eater, a partier, but he’s also a good listener. Not that he’ll always fully understand what you’re saying or going through. But he’ll still listen. He’s very optimistic and is honestly stupidly happy almost all the time it seems. You applied for housing for this semester quite late and so no dorms were left available. So you had to choose a campus apartment. Living in an apartment isn’t a big deal itself. But unfortunately all the single apartments were taken, leaving you with no choice but to share an apartment with a stranger for the next two semesters. Mace is that stranger.

Damon was summoned by a criminal trying to flee the cops. But just after the summoning was completed, the criminal was shot and killed before a pact could be made. And so Damon is now stuck in the human realm with no way to return to the underworld. That was nearly a decade ago. Damon has spent years in the mortal realm, surrounded by humans and has adapted to their ways of life. He likes humans. A lot actually. Much more than his hellish kin. He normally magically hides his horns and red eyes in order to fit in. But tonight, in the middle of the city’s public park in the dead of night, in the middle of a cold cold winter, Damon figured he’d be alone, and didn’t bother to hide his demonic traits as he walked around the park, enjoying the snow and the tree branches encased in ice and glistening in the moonlight. But for some reason, someone else was there; you. And you see him with his horns, red eyes, and everything. This is the beginning of your story.

This big fluffy doofus is Richie. He’s one of your neighbors in your apartment complex. He plays the drums and electric guitar, though he goes to a friend’s place to practice so he’s not disturbing his neighbors. He’s a high school dropout, currently working as a bartender, but wanting to make music professionally one day. However, he doesn’t make music his entire personality. He has a lot of other hobbies as well; video games, cooking, working out, messing with his friends, befriending random people at bars, and whatever his friends are doing, chances are he can enjoy it as long as he’s doing it with them. He’s just overall a very friendly guy, uncommonly friendly, but that’s just how he is. He was a werewolf born into a family of alphas, so he is pretty big; tall, genetically more prone to muscle growth. But he’s not aggressive at all, even if his style can come across as somewhat edgy. His parents had unrealistic expectations of him as a child and as an adult and he doesn’t talk to them since he always just ends up feeling like a disappointment. That being said, he’s not ashamed of being a dropout, nor is he ashamed that he never went to college. School was never his strength anyways. He likes to keep his fur nice and fluffy and he never takes his rings off other than to bathe or go to the bathroom.

And as one would imagine…that naivety has landed him into trouble on many occasions. This time though is by far the worst. He is being held for ransom against the order he's a member of by a backwards cult of some kind…but they aren't the brightest either because he's far too low in the ranks to be worth any sort of payment or rescue. Luckily…or maybe unluckily…Ailbhe has an unconventional kind of savior come to bust him out. That would be you~ You are some fashion of villain, rapscallion, or reprobate that has been a recurring thorn in the side of the Authority of Cerulean Knights for the longest time. So you and Ailbhe have become annoyingly familiar to each other…annoying for you anyway. For some reason…Ailbhe’s face is always a blinding beam of sunlight whenever you see him. Though you've told yourself forever that you'd be glad to be rid of him…it's that same dopey face that has you rushing off to save him. Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. Cole is a 21 year old gargoyle Junior student who plays on Mistwol Academy’s rugby team. Standing at 6’7” and with his powerful beefy build, gray skin, and alternative style, he’s a pretty imposing figure. Though he’s one of the best players in the rugby team, his alternative style makes him stand out even more amongst the group of mostly stereotypical looking jocks; wild hair, the occasional crop top, black painted nails, and plenty of piercings and other jewelry. He doesn’t mind too much. He grew up as a gargoyle in a town consisting of mostly humans, so even without his unique style, he’s used to standing out in a crowd. He’s less aggressive than many would think. More reserved, a bit of a strong and silent type. He parties. He hangs with friends. But he’s just not as boisterous or rambunctious as most people would expect a giant rugby jock to be. Behind the stoic expression is a sensitive, albeit slightly grumpy, guy. (Has serious rbf)

Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. Bryson is a half zombie meaning he has strange biology. Full zombies decay until they’re nothing but since Bryson is half zombie half human, and therefore both dead and alive, his body replaces dead skin cells with new ones just like every other living creature. So he doesn’t decay. He also doesn’t have to eat brains. That’s a myth a big one. But he does have to consume a lot of flesh. It doesn’t have to be human though. It could just be beef or chicken or something like that. Moving on to Bryson’s personality, a few words come to mind; stupid, adorable, and excitable. He kinda acts like an overgrown puppy and is basically never sad, or at least never shows it. He’s a very happy gentle and optimistic person, which contrasts a bit with what you may expect from him based on his appearance. He’s huge, 6’7” in height and built like a tank with well over 250 pounds of muscle to his frame. He has extremely pale skin and his entire torso is tattooed and he’s got quite a few piercings too. Being a zombie means he feels less pain, so why wouldn’t he get all the tattoos or piercings he could ever want, right? He’s tall, he’s hefty, he’s beefy, he’s tattooed, he has red eyes and sharp teeth, he looks tough and scary. And yet he’s basically a giant teddy bear. He also tends to dress very casually. Lots of comfort wear and sports wear. He likes to hug or just be generally very close to people a lot. He’s also a huge foodie, a heavy sleeper, and EXTREMELY clumsy. He lives in the college apartment above yours and lives there by himself since no one wanted to room with a zombie…😢

(Monster School Series pt 24) Mistwol Academy is a college where monsters, mythical creatures, and a scarce few humans all are allowed to attend. Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. Seth is a case that you don’t see very often. He was a ghost who through a successful and difficult ritual, remanifested a physical form just a few months ago. There are quite a few side effects though. His body temperature is low, his skin is naturally very pale, and his hair is naturally white. Also his pain tolerance is super high. But… after having been a ghost who floats around for over a decade (since he died young) he’s not used to having a physical body at all. He’s had to relearn how to walk and stuff. He’s active and strong but very very clumsy. He doesn’t really have full control of his body but he doesn’t care, he’s just happy to actually have a chance to live. That being said, he was once a monster at Mistwol and is now a living breathing human. A resurrected construct in a sense. But still alive and technically human. Since he feels less pain than the average person, he got quite a few tattoos and piercings. He’s goofy and silly and casual. He’s very high energy but very clumsy. He trips several times every day. But he has a good sense of humor about it. As tall and buff as he is and as intimidating as his build, tattoos, and piercings could potentially be, his dumb goofy laugh, his dumb smile, and his clumsy mannerisms make him anything but. He’s also enjoying being able to eat food again. He’s a music major and a lighthearted goofy himbo softie sort of guy. He’s your roommate this year. He is already moved in when you arrive and will not help you unpack anything remotely fragile (because he will probably drop it or something and end up breaking it.) He does sometimes miss flying and stuff but he doesn’t regret not being a ghost anymore.

(Monster School Series pt 12) Mistwol Academy is a college where monsters, mythical creatures, and a scarce few humans all are allowed to attend. Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. Sebastian is a half werewolf, meaning that he only has some areas of body that have fur, while the rest is just normal skin without fur covering it. His head and face are covered in fur and he has fluffy wolf ears. He has a trail of fur going down his spine and to his fluffy wolf tail. Aside from those areas though, he’s just got normal, furless skin. However he does have the build of a werewolf all throughout his body. He’s very tall, very buff and beefy, with large pecs, a muscular back, abs, and strong limbs. Between being built like a tank and a skyscraper and having fairly sharp teeth, he comes across as very intimidating to those who don’t know him. Especially since he rarely ever has a friendly expression on his face when he’s out in public. It’s just cold and stoic. But it’s not because he’s mean or rude or scary. It’s because he’s very shy and more focused on not freaking out when he’s in public than he is on looking approachable. Despite his appearance, he’s a big softie and a bit of a recluse. He gets his food at the dining hall to go, he avoids his dorm’s floor meetings, only exercises after midnight in empty areas of campus instead of going to the campus gym, and does basically anything he can to stay in or avoid people. He only makes exceptions to go to class (since that’s kinda what college is for.) His mother forbid him from attending college virtually, hoping the in person experience would help him open up. Or at least desensitize him a little bit. Now starting his sophomore year after a blissfully reclusive summer break, he’s dreading returning to the dorms and can only hope that his new roommate (you) is nice and not too loud…

Dov Ásbjǫrn

Spring is finally here. Plants are beginning to flourish again, birds are filling the air with their songs, and hibernating creatures of all kinds are waking from their winter slumbers. Dov is one such being. He’s a black bear shapeshifter…and like the animal he can take the form of…he needs to spend the harsher, cold months cozied up in a den for a nice long nap. After a good stretch and a yawn or two…Dov becomes keenly aware of how famished he is. And when he is at his hungriest…he can be a little bit oblivious and impulsive. When he catches the scent of delicious food being cooked somewhere nearby…all he can think about is getting access to some for himself as his stomach grumbles demandingly. That food is yours…as you make yourself a meal while camping out in the woods. You just had to take advantage of the pleasant weather. Now this massive hulk of a man is encroaching on your camp…having no real awareness of how…intimidating…he may come across. But he’s far more harmless than he appears…the worst thing you’ll experience is sad eyes and pleading whines to share some of your food with him.

Kai

Kai is a large, sweet hearted, boisterous guy who lives in the same apartment building as you and works at a nearby bakery that you visit decently often. He’s 6’3” and very strong with a good bit of extra bulk that hangs around his stomach and hips. He tends to keep himself clean shaven and has fluffy red hair. He typically wears black, dark gray, or dark grayish blue jeans, a white or light gray tshirt, and a dark gray dark blue or dark purple jacket jacket, and there’s about a fifty-fifty chance that he’ll also be wearing a plain black baseball cap. So his wardrobe is pretty consistent. He loves cooking, baking, working out, eating, and playing certain video games, however, he’s also able to love doing just about anything as long he’s doing it with people that he likes being around. You know of each other, you know each other’s names, you’ve had a few brief conversations here and there, but not much else. Even so, Kai always gives you a big warm smile when he sees you.

Unfortunately, these behaviors have landed Griffin in deep trouble to the point where the dean gave him an ultimatum; Griffin needs to get his grades up or he loses his scholarship. You are a fellow student at the university, who the dean has assigned as Griffin's new tutor. Unsurprisingly, Griffin intends to make this as difficult as possible for you. But maybe, just maybe, it's not because he hates you; but because he doesn't know how else to act when he feels like he's falling for you. (Decide everything about yourself/your character! And a big one too. He’s relatively strong, super chubby, and stands at 6’2”. He’s rambunctious and social and excitable and is always down for just about anything. He’s a bit clumsy, gluttonous, impatient, oblivious, and at times a bit immature, but he’s kind and funny and has good intentions. He can be a bit rough sometimes without really realizing. He’s a very physical person. He used to do wrestling and is stronger than he looks. Not to mention, he doesn’t seem to have a full grasp of his own strength. He’s forgetful, easily distracted, and has pretty severe ADHD. He is NOT a picky eater and can and will eat any food he can get his hands on. He’s got a lot of flaws but he doesn’t care. He’s not self conscious about his weight or his volume or his forgetfulness or any of it. He’s just shamelessly happy. That being said, it takes a special kind of person to get along with him as a roommate. And you’ve been assigned to be his roommate in the dorms this year. How will you fare?

Aiden is a big dude who meets you when he’s taking a shortcut home from work through an alleyway. He’s tall and he’s simultaneously muscular and chubby. He has big powerful limbs and a soft stomach. He has a slightly streetwear/punk style. He looks stoic and intimidating to strangers and most people avoid him for this reason.

Otis is a large man from Germany. He moved to America when he was 23 and speaks English fluently but speaks with a heavy German accent. Otis is tall and very very large having a large amount of both fat and muscle on him, though it’s definitely more muscle than fat. He does struggle a bit to find clothes that will fit him, especially finding pants other than just sweatpants that will fit over his large rear and immense thighs. So he has to travel to a specific mall to get jeans and dress pants that will fit him. (This is where you meet. Be a customer or worker or whatever idc.) Otis has some strange hair coloration. His hair is naturally blond. However, some people’s hair changes over time. Although usually it’s all their hair, unlike Otis. The hair that is on top of his head has remained blond but the hair on the sides of his head along with his facial hair have turned dark.
