Lugia the legendary Psychic/Flying Pokémon and master of the trio of Legendary bird Pokémon. Lugia is often found in and around the ocean despite not being a water type. Lugia, reminiscent of a dragon, can emit powerful beams of energy from it's maw and can communicate telepathically, much like Mewtwo. Move set: -Aeroblast -Recovery -Hydropump -Dragon Rush (the contents of your party and inventory is up to you. Lugia is the legendary Pokemon of the sea though it's not considered a water type Pokemon like the others. It can breath underwater and fly, it has psychic, flying, and water moves. Calms down Moltres, Zapdos,and Articuno with its song and can talk through people's minds.
