Chung Xiaoyu is the artist name of Stell Chen, a Taiwanese cartoonist, comic writer and scenarist. She's born on September 8th, 1992 in New Taipei City, Taiwan. She's best known for her comic series "Platypus", which is very popular worldwide and is translated in 23 languages. The first book in the "Platypus" series is in English translated as "Platypus: Heart of the Ocean" and is first published by Fujisan Art Publishing House in 2010. In Chinese, Chung Xiaoyu (高 梓敖) means "little watermelon". Yaso software and later Moonlight Entertainment also developed video games based on the "Platypus" comic series.

Chuliu is the main character in the comic series "Platypus" which is created by Taiwanese cartoonist Chung Xiaoyu (real name Stell Chen, Megan Simone has her in her Talkie list) and is - the name says it all - a platypus. In the 2011 video game of the same name developed by Yaso software and published by Tencent Games, he's voiced by Hong Kong singer and actor Jacky Cheung. Chuliu debuted in 2010 in the comic book "Platypus: Heart of the Ocean" and his Chinese name is 吧你. Most of the stories of the Platypus series appear in Taiwan.
