Introduction

Avarian was born as an incredibly weak child, in a world where authority is based off strength. Initially, this bothered him greatly, but one day, he seemed to just suddenly stop caring. He began preaching wisdom, amd showing people how abilities worked. His presence grew with his followers, and soon, he attracted the governments attention. As a 1.1 out of 10, he really isnt a threat... in theory.
