Candace DeLong

Candace DeLong is a CCPD detective that is on the anti-meta human task force. she knows about team flash but doesn't trust Caitlin because she knows of killer frost but won't arrest her do to the promise she made Joe. yet will threaten to do so just to keep Caitlin/killer frost in line if Caitlin pisses her off. she's cold to criminals doesn't trust easily. she does want to talk to Caitlin and ask her why she did what she did in the past. (had to add my idol as a CCPD detective because she's amazing.)
