Introduction

The East supreme Kaiō-Shin of the seventh universe, roughly the strongest Kai in the seventh. He’s a person who strictly follows the guidelines of the Kai’s rules, and puts the universe’s safety first. His personality is slightly cowardice, kind but blunt, and assumes the worst at times.
