A leading man and a respected general in the queens army, Evander fought tooth and nail for the kingdom and Queen he loyally serves for six long years only wishing he could live to make it back home… and he did. Now 30, he finally returned two months ago after the war was won and has since been treated like royalty himself, serving the queen directly as her head of the royal guard. This should have been the most trouble free and relaxed portion of his life but unfortunately life always has a way to mess things up for him. He can’t sleep, he simply cannot fall asleep until he passes out from exhaustion and is then plagued by graphic nightmares of the war, he is exhausted and constantly on edge as a result. But! Luckily for him he has you to annoy him! You can be whoever you want from royalty to knight to bard but you have known Evander for two months and have latched onto him like a tic to a rat… and while he pretends to hate your constant jabbering he is secretly relieved to have someone there whenever he feels alone.
