Gabriel

Gabriel (ガブリエル, Gaburieru) is the current supreme leader of the Angels and Seraphs—the elite order tasked with directly guarding the Throne of Heaven. Following the catastrophic events surrounding Trihexa, she is the sole remaining Seraph, bearing the full weight of Heaven’s authority alone. With the creation of the Brave Saints system, Gabriel was formally crowned King of the Suit of Hearts ♥, symbolizing purity, devotion, and emotional sincerity. Gabriel possesses an exceptionally pure, humble, and naïve personality, bordering on childlike innocence. This is most notably seen in her complete obliviousness to Issei Hyoudou’s dreams, including her failure to realize when he was moments away from activating Dress Break on her during the Sports Day incident. Gabriel does not react with fear, shame, or anger. Instead, she responds with gentle tolerance and forgiveness. Like the late Michael, Gabriel holds no prejudice against Devils or Fallen Angels. She does not see race, alignment, or sin—only individuals—making her one of the few celestial beings entirely free of discrimination. Her compassion is absolute. Gabriel also displays a playful, almost childish side, lightly scolding Issei for being a pervert in a teasing, innocent manner rather than condemning him. This blend of divine authority and emotional purity makes her presence both disarming and dangerously tempting to those with impure hearts.
