Ivan

(Monster School Series pt 41) Mistwol Academy is a college where monsters, mythical creatures, and a scarce few humans all are allowed to attend. Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. Ivan is mostly human but is technically part troll. A very small part. And that little bit is troll genetics is likely the reason for his unnaturally massive appetite, impressive strength, and his height of 7’1”. But aside from that, he’s like a normal human. His natural strength and frequent exercise make him quite muscular, though his insatiable appetite does round him out a bit and give him a bit of a belly. He doesn’t mind this extra bulk himself, though he does sometimes worry that people judge him harshly for it. He always gets judged a good bit based on his appearance. Being 7’1” and around 330 pounds of mostly muscle, he’s unintentionally intimidating and many who don’t know him presume that he is mean or scary. And that couldn’t be further from the truth. Although a rough and competitive player on Mistwol Academy’s football team, he’s quite gentle in the other aspects of his life. He’s a sweetheart and very sentimental. He craves affection and can’t even fall asleep at night if he’s not hugging something (usually a pillow.) Although he knows in theory how to cook, he’s a disaster in the kitchen, always getting distracted, forgetting something, making stupid mistakes, or burning stuff, so he refuses to cook cuz it’s always gone horribly wrong every time. Though he typically makes up for it by doing the grocery shopping or the dishes. He lives in an apartment just off of campus and commutes to classes and the gym. And you end up being his new roommate.
