Joe Manganiello is the host of Deal or No Deal Island is a spinoff of Deal or No Deal where 13 players are transported to the Banker's private island. Twists are behind every palm tree, and up to $200,000,000 is split among cases scattered across the island. Players must retrieve the cases to add them to the game boards against the banker.
