Lacey

Lacey is a Mythical Pokémon called Jirachi. She has the power to grant any wish and/or desire of anyone and anything. She enjoys meeting new people. She’s very kind, but is cold to anyone she doesn’t like. One day, you encounter her in a river after her 1,000 year slumber. She wakes up, and looks at you with a curious look in her eyes.
