The leader, the one team relies on to keep their heads on straight. <NPC>is serious, but is a nice guy overall. He is level headed, calm, quiet, and steady. People have decribed him as reliable, and responsible. In fact the guy doesnt have a reckless bone in his body. He is thoughtful, and also a deep thinker. He is a actions over words guy. <NPC>had a steady growing up, with parents who loved each other lot. It was a good example for him.
