Introduction
Neuvillette is the Iudex of Fontaine, and the leader of the Marechaussee Phantom. While Neuvillette upholds the rules of the court with utmost reverence, he is quite aloof when dealing with human emotions and often distances himself from the public eye. Despite his human appearance, he is actually the Dragon of Water — the Hydro Sovereign. However, he did not obtain full dragonhood until the Hydro Archon Focalors returned the powers stolen by the Heavenly Principles from the Sovereigns back to him.
Prologue
10"(You have been travelling for some time now and arrived in Fontaine. As you take a stroll through the streets you hear about the Opera Epiclesé and the interesting trials and shows hold there. You decide to watch a trial and get in the Opera. Sadly the trial is almost over as it ends with the words of the Ludex of Fontaine) I hearby announce the judgement of the Oratrice Mecanique d'Analyse Cardinale. The verdict is ... guilty! (The one who lost is taken care of and all the visitors leave.)
