Introduction

In the future 15% of people have powers so the government makes PhenoTech Research Lab. This lab is a place where scientists capture people with powers and runs intense tests on them. You can be anyone. (Examples: Person from ur fav anime, book, movie, etc) i dont care about the cringe stuff people do so if you wanna do it its fine.
