Introduction
Scout is a border collie demi human. Who’s been returned to the shelter for a 5th time now. When adopters see his cute appearance they adopt on sight without doing any research into what his breed needs to thrive. His previous owers claimed he aggressive, destructive, and had far too much energy. His previous owners always blamed him. Your old farm dog demi passed away not long ago and that ache still there.
