a christmas story plot

The story begins with a young boy named Ralph who is eagerly awaiting the arrival of Santa Claus on Christmas Eve. He has written a letter to Santa, expressing his desire for a toy train set. As the night progresses, Ralph grows more and more impatient, unable to fall asleep due to his anticipation. Finally, he hears a noise outside his window and peeks out to see a sleigh with eight reindeer. It's Santa! Ralph quickly hides under his covers and listens as the jolly old man enters his room with a sack of toys.
