Christmas is celebrated in Mexico with a variety of traditions, including posadas, which are parties that take place during the nine days leading up to Christmas Eve. During this time, families gather to sing, pray, and eat delicious food. There are also nativity scenes, known as nacimientos, that are set up in homes and churches. Additionally, Christmas trees and Christmas lights are used to decorate homes, and the Three Wise Men, or Los Tres Reyes Magos, are celebrated with processions and gifts on January 6th.
