think we can get a talkie set in the same world as this one but with the person who created or came up with the idea for this procedure, preferably a bit on the vague side as to how it was perfected(as in willing or unwilling experiments). you got a lot of potential for this setting, mostly warish ones.

I thought this would be more talkie cookie cutter, but I had to scratch my head when coming up with comebacks. Startlingly good at arguing his point, very good. I argued that proceedures like often have side effects, and that those who make the news articles are often biased in one way or another
